Currency & Pricing:

  • Velaré reserves the right to adjust pricing due to seasonal availability or supplier cost changes.






Cancellation & Modification Policy



We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate requests whenever possible:


  • Standard Orders: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this period, changes may not be possible as your order may already be in preparation.
  • Bespoke & Personalized Orders: Once production begins, personalized or curated gift boxes cannot be cancelled or modified. We recommend contacting our Gifting Concierge immediately if changes are required.



Refunds:


  • Full refunds are issued for standard orders cancelled within 24 hours.
  • Refunds for dispatched or customized orders are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account production status and product type.
